Five Rings believes physical fitness is vital for everyone. Not just the young or competitive martial artists, but in the eyes of our coaches, everyone is an athlete. Our coaches and programs are state of the art and reflect the latest thinking and most effective fitness workouts designed for optimal health and fitness.
We believe in lifetime fitness, and have students from 8 to 80, all with exercise and fitness programs designed for their specific needs. Unlike the big box gyms, Five Rings Fitness doesn’t have a “one size fits all” program. The muscle and fitness needs of a high school athlete are going to be different than those of an 55 year old women. In the case of the veteran 55 year old 5RJJ women athlete, the HS kid needs an easier routine. And no, we’re not kidding.
