As we enter into Week 5 of our Digital Dojo, we've gotten tons of positive feedback from our membership. We had over 300 people participate in our 24 classes last week alone! ! !
However, it looks as though we are going to be here for a while longer, so we moving forward with going deeper with our online curriculum ... more drills, more content.
With that, the coaching staff believes that we need to up our game / go all in on our attempt to teach Jiu Jitsu and life skills remotely.

Another good reason to stay active and healthy now is to prevent injury once we get back to training at the real academy. Check out the following info:
Analysis ~9 years ago about the explosion of Achilles ruptures in NFL football after the lockout with a 17 day pre-season.
A good example showing why it is important to maintain explosive training during the quarantine (plyometrics, sprints, etc.) and why it will be essential to progressively increase the training workload during a sufficiently long period before returning to competition.
How does this info relate to you and your return to live training of Jiu Jitsu?
