Back Health and Coach Tom's Daily Routine

The four most common injuries / issues among grapplers are:
1. Back - particularly lower back
2. Neck
3. Shoulders
4. Knees

I did one of these vids everyday for four months straight when I was struggling and I believe they really helped me get around the corner to much better and consistent back health.
I do a minimum of 5 - 8 minutes of back specific movements every day. It's just what I have to do if I want to stay out of acute, chronic back pain.
